良いショートフィルムをネットサーフィンしながら見つけて、そのクリエイターの作品をフォローするのが趣味なんだけど、このMatthew FrostのViva Vena!というファッションブランドの動画がここ最近でものすごく良かったの！こういうセンス大好き。まずは最後まで見て下さい。そしていくつかオススメをご紹介。

 I love to checking tones of my favorite websites and find some nice short films. Following the creators' works is almost my hobby on my free time. This short film named"FASHION FILM" for Viva Vena! made by Matthew Frostis awesome in recent days!! People should have a humor like that. Just watch it to the last!

ストリートファッション好きとしてはこのGARAGE magazine制作のドキュメンタリーも面白かった。ファッションブロガー界では知らない人がいないくらい有名な人がたくさん出て来るし(Anna delo russo, Terry Richardson, Caroline Issa, Haneli Mustaparta, Susie Lau, Tommy Ton, Phil Oh, Vika Gazinskaya, Bill Cunningham and more)、今の過剰な程のブロガーブームの裏側、ストリートフォトグラファーの姿が見れて新鮮。奇をてらった見られるためのファッションはあまり好きじゃないけど、ブロガーブームで自分も世界中の写真や情報(それも個人の!)をすぐに手に入れてるし、間違いなくたくさんのインスピレーションはストリートスナップからもらっている！

 This GARAGE magazine's short documentary film "TAKE MY PICTURE" is just for me who love street fashion at all. You can see so many famous fashion bloggers, editors and street photographers taking street fashion snaps in it(Anna delo russo, Terry Richardson, Caroline Issa, Haneli Mustaparta, Susie Lau, Tommy Ton, Phil Oh, Vika Gazinskaya, Bill Cunningham and more). Isn't it common to be able to see so many famous photographers taking photo in one film?
 Even I have question that blogger people wear clothes to show off how they are unique and fashionable, they can make me get information from all over the world (and from individual!) and I'm sure that I'm getting so many inspirations from street snaps of the bloggers. Yeah, I love this phenomenon.






そしてもう1番好きな監督と言っても過言ではないWes AndersonがPRADA CANDYのショートフィルムでやってくれました。しかもRomen Coppolaと共に。ミステリアスな人物を描くのがうまい彼。始めから何も説明しないで見る人に登場人物がどんな関係か想像させるところがニクい!ああ、Wes Anderson好きと呼ばれたい。魅力について語り出すと止まらないのでまた次回に。

 Wes Anderson is my favorite movie director the most and he did it again, in PRADA CANDY with Romen Coppola. He is so good at to making his characters mysterious with no explanation who they are in the beginning of the movies. I LOVE IT THAT WAY.
 Just call me a girl who like Wes Anderson...can't stop writing about him! okay, go next.




Chloe and Zoeははじめにクロエとゾーイが2人で何かのプランを立てて、残りの3~7分でそのプランをダメにするという謎のコンセプトのもと撮られたかわいいショートフィルム。シリーズものでなんかじわじわ来るので是非。

 Chloe and Zoe is an original 10-part web series about 2 girls who make plans and then spend the next 3~7 minutes breaking them. Sounds funny, isn't it?




GINZAは最近ショートフィルムで最新号のプロモーションをしているみたい。紙の雑誌の良さはすごく分かるけど、webといっしょにこんなプロモーション目にしたら買いたくなっちゃうから色んな出版社やるべき。でも完成度が大事ね！

 Japanese magazine GINZA started to promote its new issue by the short film. Publishers should make these films just to show their wonderful world of their magazines(even they are copies)!

Scott Schuman: THE SARTORIALIST

 In New York City, the place where everything starts, there is a man taking photos of people on the streets and keeps giving everyone the inspirations of fashion. His name is, as everyone knows, Scott Schuman.
  His works always make the fashion freaks' day (of course not only them) but surprisingly, he never thought to be a photographer and never done the assistant for anyone. Obviously his point of view  is creating his fantastic, amazing and sophisticated blog(you know, i'm huge fan of him too) but definitely NYC has something special fascinations that is hard to put into words.

　ニューヨークシティ。この全てはじまる場所に、ストリートファッションを撮り続け人々にインスピレーションを与え続ける男がいる。彼の名前は、Scott Schuman。言わずと知れた彼のブログはファッションフリークはもちろん、そうでない人からも圧倒的な支持を受けている。しかし彼はフォトグラファーになろうとも、誰かのアシスタントをしていたこともないと言う。
　そんな彼独特の視点からの写真があの洗練されたThe Sartorialistを作っているのは明らかだが、ニューヨークという場所が何か言葉にできない不思議な魅力を持っているのも確かだ。
